The above artwork was commissioned for the cover of tabloid magazine of Japan street fashion retail chain Sense Of Place. The brief required that the artwork be created in red and white and incorporated the words Sense of Place in a creative way. Legibility was not critical. The artwork was also used for rugs, bags and other merchandise.
